gogeta and vegito

Vegito was the first to be used in canon, while Gogeta (While appearing in a movie before Vegito, was not canonized until the Broly movie.) As for strength, it is debatable, but most generally concur that they are of similar (if not the same) strength since they are both made up of the same people, and both characters were at least one point in time called a Superior fusion. wish and hope
