fixing c stage 2

My computer keeps going on a Fixing (C) Stage 1 and then Stage 2 for hours when it seems like it’s almost done it restarts the whole process again to Stage 1, I’ve tried shutting it down and restarting it but once I do it gives me a black screen and can’t access anything but the cursor. mucize 2
